BHU UET 2021 Application Form (Released) Exam Date, Eligibility

Banaras Hindu University conducts Undergraduate Entrance Exam (UET) every year for various UG courses including B.A., B.Sc., and B.Com. NTA (National Testing Agency) conducts entrance exam UET and PET to offer various UG and PG programmes respectively in different disciplines. Each year this examination gets conducted at several places. BHU UET Application process will be started from the 1st week of February. Candidates can apply on its official website at bhuonline.in. UET Updates

National Testing Agency (NTA) will be conducting the Banaras Hindu University (BHU) Entrance Test – 2021 for admission to the Under-Graduate (UET) and Post-Graduate (PET) Programmes for the academic session 2021-22 in CBT mode, as per details given below.

14th August 2021: BHU UET and PET Application process have been started, Interested candidates, can apply online till 6th September 2021.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor of Arts (Hons.)

  • 12th or equivalent Examination with at least 50% marks aggregate.
  • Social Sciences: Minimum aggregate of 50% in 10+2 or equivalent examinations
  • Economics: Candidates must have Mathematics as their subject in HSC examinations.

Bachelor of Science (Hons.)

  • Mathematics Group: 12th or equivalent Examination with at least 50% marks aggregate with Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry/ IT/ Com. Sc./ Statistics/ Geography/ Geology.
  • Biology Group: 12th or equivalent Examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Geology/ Geography with at least 50% marks aggregate.

Other Courses

  • Commerce (Hons.)/Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) Financial Markets Management: 12th or equivalent Examination with at least 50% marks aggregate with Finance/Financial Markets Mngt./Voc courses (related to Commerce)/ Commerce/ Eco/ Mathematics/ Com. Sc. as one of the subjects.
  • Legislative Law (Hons.): Graduate in any Discipline with at least 50% marks aggregate (40% in case of SC/ST). The maximum age limit is 30 years (35 years for SC/ST).

BHU UET 2021 Application Form

Candidate needs to visit the official site which is http://bhuonline.in/. After that go to apply online link and by opening that link, register yourself there (after the release of BHU UET 2021 official notice). Fill all the details accurately and then recheck it. If everything is filled accurately and completely then submit it. After it you have to pay the amount as an application fee.

Application Fee

  • The application fee can be submitted via online mode or offline mode.
  • For online mode, candidates have to use credit card/ debit card or internet banking.

Exam Pattern

  • The exam is an offline exam i.e. pen and paper-based exam.
  • Total of 150 questions will be there in the exam.
  • The test paper will also be different from each other.
  • The duration of the entrance test will be 2.00 hours.
  • Questions will be objective type questions.
  • Each question will be of 3 marks and 1 marks will be deducted for the wrong response.

Admit card

Candidates can obtain their admit card from the official website of the BHU. Candidates have to login at official website through registered user ID and Password, to download the admit card. The admit card is likely to be available in the month of March, 2021. The admit card will have the details like candidate’s name, course name, test centre address, exam timing and instructions to the candidates. It will be required at the time of counselling. Download the admit card and keep it safely till the admission process.

Result

The result will be released probably in the month of June, 2021. The University will publish result on its official website. Result of each programme will be available on different days. Candidates can obtain their result by login their account using user ID and password. The result will include qualifying status, score and overall marks. Take the printout of the result and keep it safe for future reference.

Counselling

Counselling would be organized for the seat allotment. The counselling would start in the first week of June 2021. Candidates have to download the counselling call letter to attend the counseling. Only those candidates would be provided call letters who would clear the exam.

  • Qualifying Exam Marksheet;
