ICAR AIEEA Application Form 2023 Details

Candidates can fill the online application form from the 1st week of April. The printed hard copy of the application form should be sent until the last week of April. The details mentioned cannot be changed further, once the application form is sent. Printout of the confirmation page should be sent along with the proof of fee payment to the official address.

Steps to fill ICAR AIEEA Application Form 2023

  • Go to the official website to fill the application form.
  • On the homepage click on ‘New Registration’.
  • Select the exam you want to apply and click on ‘Continue’.
  • The registration page will be displayed on the screen.
  • Read the instructions carefully and get prepared with the required information.
  • Start filling registration details.
  • Fill the Candidate’s name, father’s name, mother’s name, gender, category, date of birth, examination center, qualifying exam, subject group, contact details, and other details.
  • Candidates have to upload the photograph, signature, and proof of handwriting in the prescribed format.
  • Click on the ‘Submit’ button and registration number and password will be sent to you.
  • After that click on ‘Continue for Online Payment’ button and fill payment details and submit the fee.
  • Take the printout of the application form and keep it safe with you for further use.

  • The application fee can be submitted through a credit card/debit card by using net banking of Canara Bank.

Exam Pattern

For UG Courses:

  • The mode of the exam will be LAN based CBT.
  • The duration of the exam will be 150 minutes.
  • 60 questions will be asked from each subject.
  • For visually challenged or blind candidates, an extra 50 minutes will be provided.
  • The question paper will be bilingual, i.e., English and Hindi.
  • The question paper will be of multiple-choice questions.
  • For each correct answer, 4 marks will be awarded.
  • There will be a negative marking of 1 mark.

For PG Courses:

  • The mode of the exam will be LAN based CBT.
  • The duration of the exam will be 150 minutes.
  • There will be a total of 160 questions from each subject.
  • The questions will be Multiple Choice Objective Type Questions.
  • Questions will be in English language only.
  • The duration of the exam will be two and a half hours.
  • Each correct answer will be of 4 marks.
  • There will be -1 mark for each incorrect answer from the total score.

For AICE JRF/SRF

  • The exam will be a LAN Based CBT (Computer Based Test).
  • The duration of the exam will be 3 hours.
  • There will be 200 questions.
  • Each question will be of 4 marks.
  • The Medium of Paper will be English only

Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidate should be an Indian national citizen.
  • Aadhaar card is mandatory except Jammu & Kashmir, Assam and Meghalaya state candidates.
  • Candidates can also enter the 16 digit number given on the enrollment slip.

For UG Courses (Except Veterinary Sciences Courses):

  • The minimum age will be 16 years as on 31st August 2023.
  • Passed the 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board is required to apply for ICAR AIEEA Application Form 2023.
  • The above examination should be passed with PCM/PCB/PCMB/PCF subject combinations.
  • General/OBC/UPS category candidates have to obtain 50% marks in the qualifying exam and 40% for SC/ST/PC category candidates.
  • Appearing candidates can also be eligible to apply but, they have to produce proof of qualifying for the examination.

For PG Courses:

  • The maximum age should be 19 years as of 31st August 2023.
  • The candidate should not have been born after 1st September 2000.
  • A bachelor’s degree in any respective field under the pattern of 10+2+5 (B.V. Sc. and A.H.), 10+2+4, and 10+6 with 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PC categories) is required to apply for ICAR AIEEA Application Form 2023.
  • Those who passed the bachelor’s degree in the pattern of 10+2+3 can apply for IARI Pusa and NDRI Karnal.
  • Final year candidates can also apply.

ICAR AIEEA Application Form 2023: Important Points

  • Multiple application forms will be rejected or canceled.
  • There is no maximum age limit to apply for both degree courses.
  • Admit card will be generated in the form of an e-admit card and will be available in the second week of May 2023.
  • The copy of the admit card should be self-attested by the candidate otherwise no candidate will not be allowed to appear in the examination.
  • By using the login account details, candidates can view the result.
  • The result will be declared in the terms of merit rank secured by the candidate.
  • The counseling will be held through an online process.
  • The candidates will be called for counseling, based on the overall merit rank.
  • There is no direct admission in any Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program without qualifying in this examination.
