CDS examination answer key will be released by UPSC after successful completion of the examination. The applicants can download the answer key for the examination from the official website of the commission. CDS examination is conducted twice in a year by UPSC in the months of February & August referred to as CDS I & CDS II.

Steps to check CDS Exam Answer Key
The examination will be scheduled in 2 parts in 2 sessions. The question paper will be of MCQ type and there will be some subjective type questions as well. The applicants can check their answers from the answer key in these ways-
- Download the answer from the official website of UPSC for the set you have got in the examination.
- Now mark the right & wrong answers in the answer sheet.
- Award you with 4 marks for each right answer & deduct 1 mark for each wrong answer.
- After completing all the questions, add total marks at the end after deducting penalties for wrong answers.
- This will give you an idea about your performance in the examination.
