Application Form

  • Candidates have to fill and submit the Gujrat Civil Services Exam 2018 Application Form through the official website on ‘http://www.gpsc.gujarat.gov.in’ only via online mode.
  • Candidates have to provide all the necessary details such as name, address and the details of the educational, phone number and the valid email ID in the application form.
  • There will be columns in the application form where candidates need to upload their scanned images like photo and signature.
  • Remit the application fee via online mode such as DR/CR card/Net Banking.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidate must be of Indian National.
  • The age of the candidates must lie between 20 years and 35 years.
  • Candidate must hold domicile of Gujrat which will give them some reservation benefits.
  • The applicants must have completed the graduation in any stream from any recognized university or institute.
  • Upper age relaxation will be given to the reserved candidates.

Gujrat Civil Services Exam 2018 Exam Pattern

  • Gujrat Civil Services Exam 2018  will be having three stages of the Gujrat Civil Services Exam.
  • Applicants will have to qualify all the three stages of the examination.
  • Firstly, candidates have to clear the preliminary examination.
  • After qualifying the preliminary examination, candidates will be eligible to appear in the Gujrat Civil Services main examination 2018.
  • Candidates will be invited to prove their suitability for the Gujrat Administrative Service (GAS) or Gujrat Police Service through the Interview.

Interview

  • Candidate’s who qualifies both the written examination (pre and mains), will have to appear for an interview.
  • A panel or board appointed by the GPSC authority will assess the candidate’s personality and skill and suitability for the job through the general.

Admit Card

  • Candidates will issue the Gujrat Civil Services Exam 2018 Admit card after the successful submission of the application form.
  • Candidates have to download it and must carry the admit card on the examination date.
  • Admit card contains details about the date, timing, time duration and the examination centre.
  • There will be issued a separate admit card for the preliminary and main examination.
  • The admit card will be available on the official portal of the GPSC.
  • Candidates can download the admit card and can take the printout of it which should be kept safely.

Result

  • The result of the Gujrat Civil Services Exam will be disclosed on to the official website of the Gujrat Public service Commission (GPSC).
  • The commission will declare the result after completion of the examination.
  • Candidates will get the result of the preliminary examination on the site and if they qualify the pre-exam, they will be eligible to appear in the main exam.
  • Final result of the examination will get announce only after the commencement of the interview assessment test.
