NDA Cut off Marks 2023

NDA is an entrance test conducted by UPSC for the recruitment of candidates into the Navy, Army, and Air force wings of the National Defence Academy. Thousands of applicants appear for the NDA examination. After appearing in the examination, candidates want to know the expected NDA Cut off Marks. NDA Cut off Marks (Previous Years)

The final cutoffs for UPSC NDA will be decided based on the applicants’ performance in written exam, interview, and medical test. The applicants will get entry to prestigious NDA & NA, based on these final cutoffs. The interview & medical test together will count 900 marks & hence the final merit list will be prepared out of 1800 marks. Let’s have a look at the cutoffs of the previous years of 2015 – 2019.

The applicants must note that there is a sectional cut off of minimum 35% marks to qualify for final cutoff marks which means an applicant has to score a minimum of 105 marks in the mathematics section & around 210 marks in the general ability section to be able to qualify for overall cut off.

Selection Process

  • A candidate who qualifies Stage-I will enter into the Stage-II only.
  • Shortlisted candidate will be called for SSB interview.
  • The interview process will have two stages.
  • On the basis of marks scored, the authority prepares the merit list.
  • There will be a Medical test and document verification, followed by an SSB interview.

SSB Interview

  • The candidates will be shortlisted for the personality & intelligence interview, on the basis of the prepared merit list.
  • The authority intimates the successful candidates regarding the allocation of Selection Centers and dates of SSB interviews on the email ID.
  • In the first stage of SSB, the Officer Intelligence Rating (OIR) will be conducted.
  • On the second stage the Interview, Group Testing Officer Tasks, Psychology Tests and Conference will be conducted.
  • After all rounds, the finalist candidates will be informed of their selection on the spot.
  • After the completion of the interview round, the candidates have to submit the original certificates.

Sir I have passed my 12th board exam in the year 2016 and now I want to appear in NDA (ll ) 2017 but I was not having maths as my subject and I know nothing about it ..should I left the omr sheet of mathematics unfilled ..and can I then get a selection in NDA,s first round,,by doing my best in GAT …please sir reply my quiery

  11. I am a medical student without maths but i am eligible for nda to apply only for army…….As I am a med. Student so i don’t have maths so,will my maths paper be checked or not?
