SSC Stenographer Admit Card 2018: Details and Download

Staff Selection Commission Stenographer will release the SSC Stenographer Admit Card 2018 for the recruitment to the posts of Stenographer Grade “C” (Group “B” Non-Gazetted) and Grade “D” (Group “C” Non-Gazetted). On the basis of written exam and skill test, the SSC stenographer 2018 recruitment shall be done. SSC Stenographer Admit Card 2018 is required for both the stages. SSC Stenographer Admit Card 2018 will be required for appearing in exam. Candidates who clear skill test will be appointed for Stenographer post. There also will be SSC Stenographer Admit Card for skill test too. SSC Stenographer notification 2018 will be released soon.

SSC Stenographer 2018 Admit Card

  • Candidates can download their admit card from concerned regional SSC website.
  • SSC will issue online admit card for those candidates who applied online.
  • SSC will issue admit card to all candidate about two weeks before the examination.

Steps to download the SSC Stenographer Grade Admit Card 2018

  • Enter the official website as ssc.nic.in.
  • Click on the “Admit Card” Tab in the Top header menu.
  • Select your region from the list of regions displayed on the screen.
  • Click on the link to the appropriate region in the rightmost column.
  • Enter the details like Roll Number and Registration Number for logging into the portal.
  • The Admit Card will provide details regarding examination Venue and Time of the Examination.
  • Take a printout of the Admit Card and preserve it for further usage.

Exam Pattern and Syllabus

  • The exam will consist of two stages i.e. Written Examination followed by Skill Test/Stenography Test.
  • The duration of written exam will be 2.00 hours.
  • Negative marking is applicable and 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
  • Question paper will be set in both Hindi and English language except Part-III.

Syllabus

  • General Awareness: Based on important dates of celebration, current events, book’s author name, important sports days, history, general polity, the economy of India, scientific research, economic sense and Indian constitution, current affairs, newspapers etc.
  • General Intelligence & Reasoning: Verbal and nonverbal type questions, problem- solving analysis, arithmetical reasoning, syllogism, number series, blood relationship concept, visual memory, and much more.
  • English Language and Comprehension: English language, synonyms, antonyms, grammar, vocabulary, sentence structure, reading comprehension etc. In the English language sections, writing ability also will be checked.

  • Candidate should download the admit card from the official website of their zone.
  • Bring required documents and photograph on the day of exam.
  • Read all the information carefully in the admit card.
  • Paste photograph and do not staple in the required area.
  • Sign your admit card in the presence of invigilator.
