Karnataka TET 2019 Important Dates

Eligibility Criteria

  • Must be the citizen of India.
  • Candidate must be of 18yrs of age.
  • Acquired 45% in the Intermediate standard or equivalent examination.
  • 5% of relaxation in the percentile is given to the reserved category.
  • In order to appear for Karnataka TET 2019, B.Ed degree is required.

For Primary level (I-V)

  • Passed Intermediate standard with the aggregate of 50% marks.
  • Must have a degree or appearing in 4yrs Bachelor of Elementary Education.
  • Appearing in the final year Diploma in Elementary Education or must have completed B.El.Ed.

For Upper Primary Level (VI-VIII)

  • Must have a graduation degree of B.Sc/BA.
  • Must have completed or appeared 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education
  • Applicants must have completed or appeared in the Bachelor in Education (B.Ed).

Karnataka TET 2019 Application Form

  • The application form will be available from August month 2019 onwards.
  • Before filling the Karnataka TET 2019 Application form, applicants must check the eligibility criteria.

Steps to apply for Karnataka TET 2019 Application Form

  • Visit the official website i.e. kar.nic.in or kartet.caconline.in
  • Read all the instructions displayed on the website very carefully.
  • Register yourself on the registration page.
  • After the successful completion of registration procedure login credentials will be sent on your registered email ID.
  • By using the same login information’s applicants can access and fill up the admission form.
  • Enter all the basic required information’s in the form very carefully.
  • Upload the scanned copy of the photograph and signature.
  • Applicants have to pay a certain amount of fee, for successful submission of admission form.
  • Verify the information’s provided in form and strike on submit button.
  • Take the copy of the printout of the confirmation page and for your safe side.

Admit Card

  • Approx 15 days before the commencement of the examination, the authority will release admit card online only.
  • No electronic devices will be permitted in the examination hall.
  • The applicants should carry the hard copy of the admit card to the examination center.
  • The Admit card will have the following contents: Name, Roll no, Date of Birth, Date & timings, Venue with the complete address and Instructions to be followed during the examination.

Steps to download Karnataka Admit Card 2019

  • Visit the official portal i.e. on “kar.nic.in” and search for the link of Admit Card and click on it.
  • Enter required details name, DOB, Registered ID, password and hit the Submit Button.
  • The admit card will be displayed on the screen.
  • Save and download it.
  • Take a printout of it and keep a copy with you for further use.

Result

  • The result will be released online on the official website of conducting body.
  • The candidates who successfully appeared in the examination center will be able to check their results.
  • The result can be checked online via entering their roll number.
