NIMS BSc Nursing Admission 2023: The Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS) is recognized by the University Grants Commission and Medical Council of India. Eligibility Criteria
- For the B.Sc. course all the seats is offered to only female candidates.
- Passed Intermediate (10+2) course from a recognized institute is required.
- 12th should be passed with Botany, Zoology, Physics, Chemistry, and English or Vocational Nursing with Bridge course of Biological and Physical Sciences.
- Candidates should have secured not less than 45% of marks in the subjects of Botany, Zoology, Physics, Chemistry, and English has taken together.
- The applicant should be at least 17 years of age but should not be over the age of 25 years as on 31st December 2023.
- 3 years of relaxation in the upper age limit will be given to the candidates of the SC/ST category.
- Differently, abled category candidates will also be given reservations according to the norms of the university.
- The selected candidates will have to submit the original certificate and have to undergo a medical examination.

Documents to send with the application form
- class Xth marks
- memorandum of marks of Intermediate examination
- Transfer certificate of the intermediate course
- Original bank demand draft/NIMS cash receipt
- Study and conduct certificates for 7 years (6th to Intermediate) from the Heads of Institutions
- No objection certificate from the appointing authority (if required)
- Differently-abled (PH) certificate where applicable
- Social Status Certificate as applicable
Selection Procedure
- Selection will be made on the basis of total marks obtained in the qualifying examination i.e., Intermediate or equivalent
- The merit list of the eligible candidates will be displayed at NIMS website www.nims.edu.in.
- Merit will be made based on the aggregate marks obtained in the qualifying exam
- No individual correspondence will be made in this regard

- In case of a tie, marks obtained in Zoology
- Then marks obtained in Botany
- Marks obtained in Chemistry
- Physics marks obtained
