NSD Online Admission 2023: NSD Application Form will be released soon. NSD (National School Drama) is the autonomous body managed under the Ministry of Culture, Government of India. Applicants can get admission in the education of Dramatic arts. NSD is the school that trains students in the field of Acting, direction & design. In order to gain admission to the 3yrs of diploma course in dramatic arts, applicants have to clarify various admission rounds.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream is required from the recognized university of the board.
- Students must take part in at least 6 minimum production theatre.
- Minimum age is 20 & maximum 30 as on or before 1st July 2023.
- Relaxation of 5yrs is given to SC/ST category candidates.
- Must be good in English & Hindi and easy to speak both the languages frequently.

- Application forms are available online and offline (obtained by post or book shops of National School of Drama) mode.
- Personal, academic, address details have to be filled in the application form.
- Fee payment can be made through offline mode.

NSD 2023 Application Fee
- 225/- for the Candidates obtaining the application by post.
- 150/- for all the candidates.
- Candidates can make the fee payment through the demand draft.
- The Demand Draft would be drawn in favor of “The Director, National School of Drama, New Delhi”.
How to fill NSD Application Form 2023
- Visit the official site of NSD which is gov.in.
- From the home page, you have to select ‘New Admission’ link from the top menu bar.
- Next, click on the “Download Application Form” link.
- Fill the online application form in a systematic manner and click on “Sign Up”.
- After filling in the details, the verification link will open which contains application form in the PDF format will mailed to you, download it and take a print out of it and submit it offline.
- Fill the application form in a prescribed way and stick a photograph and attach copies of your documents/certificate.
- After completion of the form, wrap it in an envelope super scribed with the name “Application for Admission”.

NSD Online Admission 2023: Important Points
- The application form will be available via online and offline mode.
- The application form will be available from the 3rd week of March 2023.
- The mode of payment can be done through a demand draft.
- The deadline to submit the application will be the 3rd week of April 2023.
- It is necessary to send the application to the authority address.
- The upper age limit will be 30 years and the lower age limit is 20 years for applying NSD, 2023.
- The application can be availed by post or books shops of NSD.
- Application fee amounts to Rs-150/- in online mode and if the candidate is obtaining it from the post then it would be costing around Rs-250/-
