Rajasthan Polytechnic Merit List 2023: Rajasthan DTE (Directorate of Technical Education) is going to release Rajasthan Polytechnic Merit List soon. No entrance examination will be conducted to offer admissions in polytechnic colleges. The candidates will get admissions on the basis of their 10th standard merit list. After the declaration of Rajasthan Polytechnic Merit List 2023, candidates will get admission to numerous eng./non-eng. Diploma program at private and govt. polytechnic colleges in Rajasthan Candidates whose name appears in the merit will be eligible for the counselling and seat allotment procedure. Rajasthan Polytechnic Merit List 2023
The merit list will be prepared based on the candidates’ performance in the qualifying examination. The candidates will get admission on the basis of the merit list prepared.
For Lateral Entry
- After the successful completion of the application process, the Directorate of Technical Education Rajasthan (DTE) will release a provisional merit list for the selected candidates.
- The Merit lists will be issued on the official website i.e. dte.rajasthan.gov.in.
- The eligible candidates would have to report for the further interview round as per the schedule after the release of the final merit list.
First-Year Engineering Courses
- A provisional merit list will be issued for the entry in the diploma (Engineering courses) after the completion of the application process.
- The Merit list will be available on the official website i.e. dte.rajasthan.gov.in.
- A final merit list will be issued after the provisional merit list which will be followed by counselling and seat allotment to the program.
Admission Procedure
- The authority will release the admission procedure very soon on the official website.
- The candidates have to report in the designated nodal center & complete the document verification.
- The candidates have to pay Rs. 4000/- as an admission fee.
- 1st seat allotment will be based on the performance in the qualifying examination.
- After the 1st seat allotment, there will be the 2nd seat allotment.
- The candidates have to report at the allotted college & done with all the procedures of admission.
Counselling Process
- The counselling schedule will be at the designated centers as per the scheduled time and date.
- Counselling session exercises their choice of the program according to the availability of seats in order of merit.
- All the Candidates will get the seats based on merit as also course and college preferred.
- Candidates must carry certain certificates and documents which will be verified by the Counselling center.
- Candidates have to pay a non-refundable admission fee of INR 4000 irrespective of their category.
- If the Candidates wishes to accept the seat offered, he must go to the college allotted to him and complete the admission formalities and pay the requisite fees within a stipulated period of time.
- In the counselling process does not get his first preference then he will be allotted a provisional seat.
- The confirmation of the provisional seat or any available seat will only be in the second Counselling round.

- Leaving certificate from the institute.
- PWD certificate (If applicable).
