TS EMRS CET 2023 Eligibility

• All those students who are the residents of the state of Telangana and successfully cleared grade 5th and 6th in the month of April, 2022 from Residential Schools, Ashram Schools, Model Schools, Zilla Parishad Schools, Govt. Schools, Govt. Aided Schools and other Govt. Recognized schools will be eligible for admission into the school.
• The income of the student’s parents for the financial year 2022-23 should not exceed INR 2,00,000 per annum for urban and INR 1,50,000 for rural or according to the Government guidelines at the time of admission.
• For admission into 6th class the students belonging to the OC, BC should have been born between 1st September 2008 to 31st September 2010 and the students belonging to the category of SC, ST should have been born between 1st September 2006 to 31st August 2010.
• For admission into 7th class the students belonging to the category of OC, BC should have been born between 1st September 2007 to 31st August 2009 and the candidates belonging to the category of SC, ST should have been born between 1st September 2005 to 31st August 2009.
• Telangana state is considered as a unit for the shortlisting of the Students. Admissions will be made according to the district-wise seat matrix.

TS EMRS CET 2023 Application Procedure

The applications of the interested and eligible students will be received through online mode only in the month of September tentatively. Candidates have to submit their online applications with the assistance of the official portal www.tgtwgurukulam.telangana.gov.in by paying the charges of INR 50/- . The authorities will organize a screening test to grant admission to the applicants into VI to VII Classes. The seats allotment will be carried out through online merit basis only.

Test Centers

The entrance examination centres will be the identified residential schools in the districts.

Screening Test Pattern

The test will be organized for a total of 100 marks in objective type based (multiple choice queries) on the previous year syllabus. Answers must be given in the OMR Sheet. The forms of questions and weightage of marks for different subjects according to class wise is furnished hereunder the table:
