- M.Sc. Agriculture Biochemistry / Agricultural Economics/ Agricultural Economics & Management/ Agronomy/ Animal Husbandry/ Dairy Technology/ Live Stock Production and Management/ Genetics & Plant Breeding/ Soil Science/ Soil Science & Agriculture Chemistry: B.Sc. Agriculture with 60% marks
- M.Sc. Home Science: BSc Home Science with 60% marks
- Masters in Veterinary Science: B.V Sc & AH with 5.50 CGPA

Age Limit
- The minimum age limit for courses BVS and C & AH is 17 years and a maximum of 23 years.
- For the other courses, the minimum age limit of the candidates is 16 years and a maximum of 22 years.
- 5 years of relaxation will be given to SC/ST and OBC candidates.

UPCATET 2022 Application Form
- The application form of UPCATET 2022 will be released in online mode.
- Fill all the details on the application form carefully and upload the scanned image of the recent photograph.
- Take a print copy of the completely filled-in application form for future use.
- The off-line/hard copy of the application form is not required to be sent to the official authority.
Application Fee
- The application fee for the candidates belonging to the OBC and General Categories is INR 1250.
- For SC/ST candidates, the application fee is INR 1050.

- The fee should be deposited in the form of a bank draft at any branch of SBI.
Exam Pattern
- The exam consists of objective-type multiple-choice questions.
- The total duration of the exam for UG, PG (except MBA) is 3 hours and a Ph.D. is 2 hours.
- The question paper will be in both English and Hindi languages.
- For every correct answer, 3 marks are awarded to the students.
- Candidates are advised to read the questions carefully because for every wrong answer 1 mark will be deducted from the total marks.
- No marks are deducted for the unattempted questions.

Exam Centers
- The exam will be held in 6 cities which are Banda, Ayodhya, Kanpur, Meerut, Lucknow, and Varanasi.
- Once allotted, the exam center will not be changed.
- The next nearest center will be allotted if there is no availability of seats in the selected exam center.
UPCATET 2022 Counseling
- The candidates are allotted seats in their respective courses and university through counseling.
- The Seats will be allotted on the basis of merit-cum-reservation-cum-choice available at the time of counseling.
- The counseling letter is necessary as it would contain details such as the date, time, and place of the counseling session.
- Candidates can download their counseling letters from the official website.
- Appear for the counseling as per the schedule mentioned in the letter.
