ESIC Recruitment 2023: ESIC is known as Employees State Insurance Corporation. It is a national-level entrance exam conducted by ESIC for the posts of clerk, UDC, Paramedical, MTS, Stenographer. ESIC was established in 1952 to provide social security and health insurance scheme for Indian workers.
The headquarter of ESIC is located in New Delhi. The recruitments in ESIC are done based on the vacancies available through the entrance examination. However, for some posts recruitments are done directly through walk-in-interviews. ESIC has released a notification for the recruitment of 6552 Group ‘C’ vacancies for the posts of UDC (Upper Division Clerk) or Clerk-Cashier and Stenographer. Who is eligible for ESIC UDC & Stenographer Recruitment 2023?
- The minimum age of the candidates should be 18 years and the maximum age should be 27 years.
- For UDC recruitment, the applicants must have completed graduation from a recognized University. They should have a working knowledge of computers including the use of Office suites and databases.
- For Stenographer recruitment, the candidates must have passed 12th or equivalent from a recognized Board.
- They also need to qualify for the skill test.
- Dictation- 10 min @ 80 words per min.
- Transcription- 50 min (English), 65 min (Hindi) only on the computer.

- 75% by direct recruitment through written exam
- 15% by promotion based on seniority cum fitness
- 10% by Limited Departmental Competitive exam
For Stenographer recruitment
