IBPS SO Selection Procedure 2018

In order to shortlist the candidates, IBPS will release the selection procedure which involves various levels for the recruitment of Specialist Officer. Every year Institute of Banking Personnel Selection is engage in the activities of organizing Common Written Examination (CWE) to recruit Specialist Officers for various banks and Financial Institutes. Steps in IBPS SO Selection Procedure 2018

Step 1: Online Registration

Candidates will have to register themselves in order to appear for the examination.
After successful registration, provisional login details will be provided to you.
With the help of the login credentials, candidates have to fill IBPS SO Application form 2018.
Fill all the details in the application form and upload the scanned photograph and images in the prescribed space.
Remit the application fee payment through online mode prior final submission.

Step 2: Online Examination

Candidates have to enter all the details carefully in the application form.
Candidates who will successfully fill application form will be issued the IBPS SO Admit card 2018 for written examination.
It is mandatory for the candidates to appear for the examination otherwise they will not be considered in the further recruitment process.
There will be two stages of Examination Pre and Main Exam.
Candidates will have to qualify the examination with the minimum score marks as per the IBPS SO Cut-off 2018.

Step 3: Interview

Candidates who will qualify the written examination will be called for the Interview round.
IBPS SO Call Letters will be issued to the candidates who will qualify the examination.
Candidates have to bring the call letter at the time of Personal Interview.
Call letter will be released through online mode, so candidates will have to download that from the link mentioned on the official portal.
Interview round carries 100 marks.
In order to get qualified in the PI round, candidates have to score the minimum of 40% and above and 35% for ST/SC/OBC/PWD.
It is necessarily for the candidates to qualify both the rounds because the final list will be prepared by combining merit of both the rounds.
Qualified candidates will have to appear for the next round i.e. Document Verification.

Step 4: Provisional Allotment

After commencement of the Interview round deserving and eligible candidates will be shortlisted as per the vacancies and provisional allotments and will be made accordingly.
The Provisional Allotment process will be done on the basis of Preferences as filled by the candidates and off course from the merit list.

Step 5: Identity Verification

It is mandatory for the candidates to carry a Valid Photo ID proof at the time of Interview round.
Identity of the candidate will be verified at the time of interview and also at the final allotment of organization.
Last and the foremost step of IBPS SO Selection Procedure is the Final Allotment.

Step 6: Final Allotment:

Final allotment letter will be sent to all the candidates along with the joining dates.
