Kerala PSC KAS 2023 Application Form
The application form will be available on the official website. Before filling the application form, candidates must have to read the instruction carefully. Fill in all the necessary details in the application form such as the name, address, and other communication details. Also, provide the details of the educational qualification as what percentage of marks they have got in the bachelor program. Upload the scanned photo & signature in the application form. Pay the application fee through a credit card, debit card, or net banking. Take a printout of the application for future reference. The online application form will be issued from the website.
Eligibility Criteria
- The candidate must be a citizen of India.
- A bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or college, as well as a professional course in any subject, is required.
- Candidates having equivalent qualifications should produce proof supporting their claim.
- For different streams, candidates must have additional qualifications as:
Stream- 1:
- Only basic qualifications as above.
Stream- 2:
- Candidates should be the approved probationer or full member of any of the government departments and should not belong to the 1st gazetted officer.
- Should have regularized in the service in any of the cadre of the Kerala State & Subordinate Service Rules 1958 or should have served in the supernumerary post in Government for at least two years.
- During the serving tenure, a candidate should not have been fined or imposed any penalty and should not have any criminal proceedings going on
Stream- 3:
- Satisfactorily completed the period of probation in the government cadre.
- The candidate should not have any penalty imposed or charged with the criminal case.
Age Criteria
- The age of the applicants should be between 21 years to 28 years.
- The candidates of reserved categories will get relaxation in the upper age.

Selection Process
- On the basis of the performance of the candidates in all three examinations, the selection of the candidates will be done.
- The pre-exam will be the first stage of the examination and it will be of qualifying nature.
- Candidates can appear for the main examination, after the pre-examination.
- The main exam will be written or of descriptive nature.

Kerala PSC KAS 2023 Admit Card
There will be separate admit cards for the separate level of examination. After the submission of the application form, candidates will download the admit card for the pre-examination first. It is important to take Admit Card with you while going to the examination center. The candidate can not give the exam, without the admit card.
