Bihar Civil Services Exam 2019 Application Form

The Bihar Civil services application form will be published thru the official website. Before filling the application form, candidates must read the instruction carefully. Candidates will have to fill and submit the application online. The online application form will be issued from the website. Candidates will provide all the details of the name, address and the educational qualification. Candidates will upload the scanned photo and signature in the application form. Candidates need to keep the registered application form for the future reference.

Eligibility Criteria

• The applicant must be a citizen of India.
• To take the reservation benefits of state government, the candidate must be having the domicile of Bihar.
• Candidates must have completed the graduation in any stream from any recognized institute or university.
• For the male candidates, the age must not be more than 37 years.
• The minimum age for all the applicants is 22 years.
• The minimum age is 20 years for the posts of Bihar Police Service and District Commandant.
• The upper age for the female candidates is 40 years.

Application Fee

• There will be an application fee of Rs. 650 for general category.
• Candidates of the reserved category will pay the application fee of Rs. 200.

Exam Pattern

• The Bihar preliminary examination will be of objective nature.
• The maximum marks for the examination will be 150.
• The time duration for the preliminary examination will be 2 hours.
• The next part will be the main examination.
• Candidates will get the invitation to appear in the interview assessment test after cracking the main exam.

Admit Card

• The admit card will be available on the official website of BPSC to be downloaded by the candidates.
• Candidates will get the admit card after they successfully apply thru the application form.
• It is important to take Admit Card with you while going to examination center.
• The admit card will contain the details such as timing, duration date and the venue of the examination.
• Candidate will not be allowed to give exam, without the admit card.

Result

• The result of Bihar Civil services examination will be announced in two phases.
• After three or four weeks of the commencement of the examination, candidates will get the result of the preliminary examination.
• Candidates will appear in the main examination and then they will appear in the interview.
