IB ACIO 2023: The Intelligence Bureau (IB) is India’s internal intelligence agency. Intelligence Bureau is one of the most reputed job fields of India. IB ACIO is a Graduate level exam that will allow you to become an assistant in Intelligence. Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates should have completed their higher secondary from an affiliated board with the knowledge of computers that are also desirable for applying for IB ACIO 2023.
• The age limit for candidates is 18-27 years.
• Upper Age relaxation for SC/ST candidates is 5 years.
• Upper Age relaxation for OBC (other backward classes) candidates the relaxation is 3 years.
• The age limit relaxation is up to 40 years for Government servant candidates who have rendered at least 3 years of services or more.
• The age relaxation is up to 35 years and for SC/ST candidates the age relaxation is up to 40 years for candidates who are widows divorced women, women judicially separated from husband, and not married.

IB ACIO 2023 Application Form

The candidate should log in to the official website and download the application form. Before filling the application form, candidates must have to read the instruction carefully. The registration process will begin from the date of publication of the advertisement in the Employment News. The candidates have to fill in the correct information. The candidates are required to upload their photographs and signature. Candidates have to submit only one application form. The online application form will be issued from the website.

Application Fee

• The male candidates belonging to the General and OBC categories are required to pay the fee of Rs. 100 only.
• The SC/ST category candidates and the female candidates are exempted from paying the fee.

Exam Pattern

• Paper, I will be objective type MCQs, divided into 4 parts containing 25 questions of 1 mark each.
• Paper-II will be the Descriptive type.

IB ACIO 2023 Syllabus

Mathematical Ability: Numbers, HCF and LCM, Simple Interest, Compound Interest, Time and Work, Average, Trains and Boats, Mensuration, Ratios, Mixtures and Allegations, Profit and Loss, Probability, Statistical problems

Reasoning: Figure matching (Verbal and Non-Verbal), Pattern Matching, Odd Man Out, Analytical Problems, Blood Relations, Missing Letters, Observation, Statements, and Conclusions

General Awareness/ Knowledge: Current Affairs, Current news – National and International, World Events, Political News, Events of National Importance, Indian History, Economy, Weather, Climate

English Comprehension: The questions in this section are asked to analyze the overall knowledge of English possessed by the candidate.

Descriptive test: The Descriptive test consists of English Language Writing Skills. In this section, it is expected that students may be asked to write an Essay, Letter of any given theme or topic.
