UP Judicial Services Exam 2023: To fill the vacancies of the post of civil judges (Junior Division) in the Uttar Pradesh judicial system, the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) publishes the notification every year. Candidates of Utter Pradesh can apply for the post of a civil judge if they want to make their career in the field of judiciary and want to be public servants. उत्तर प्रदेश पब्लिक सर्विस कमीशन के द्वारा जुडिशल सर्विसेज एग्जाम का नोटिफिकेशन 303 पदों के लिए जारी कर दिया गया है। इच्छुक अभ्यार्थी 10 जनवरी तक आवेदन कर सकते है। आवेदन करने के लिए आवेदन शुल्क इस प्रकार है:

  • The application fee for General category candidates will be Rs 125/- (Exam fee Rs. 100/- Plus processing fee Rs. 25/-)
  • For PWD category candidates is Rs. 25/- (no Exam, Plus a processing fee of Rs. 25/-)
  • The fee for the OBC category is Rs. 125/- (Exam fee Rs. 100/- Plus processing fee Rs. 25/-)
  • For SC, and ST candidates the fee would be Rs. 65/- (Exam fee Rs. 40/- Plus processing fee Rs. 25/-)

जनरल केटेगरी के लिए 123 पद और OBC के लिए 81 SC के लिए 63 ST के लिए 06 और EWS केटेगरी में आने वाले लोगो के लिए 30 पद आरक्षित किये गए है। जिसमे Vertical Reservation इस प्रकार है: Ex-Serviceman: 15, DFF: 06, Women: 60, Person with Disablites (PwDs): 12.

Eligibility Criteria

  • For the UP Judicial Services Exam 2023, Candidates must be Indian citizens.
  • To get the reservation and the relaxation Applicants must have the domicile of Utter Pradesh
  • For the UP PCSJ entrance exam applicant have a Bachelor of Law degree from a University established by Law in Uttar Pradesh or the any other University of India recognized for this purpose by the Governor, Or
  • to practice in the Court or Courts subordinate thereto, must be an Advocate registered under the provisions of the Advocate Act 1961 or a Barrister of Northern Ireland or England or a Member Faculty of Advocates in Scotland and is permitted;
  • Have complete knowledge of Hindi in Devanagari Script.
  • Apply applicants must be between 22 years and 35 years (both included).
  • If the candidate has a permanent domicile in Uttar Pradesh then the reserved category will get the reservation and relaxation in the upper age will be given to the candidate.
  • For the SC and ST categories, the age relaxation will be of 5 years.
  • For the candidates of the OBC category, the age relaxation will be 3 years.
