HPU Admission 2023: Himachal Pradesh University (HPU) is located in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. The university was established in the year 1970. It conducts the admission process to offer various courses at undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctorate levels, under 15 different faculties. A list of courses provided by the university is given in the next section. The selection of these courses is done on the basis of either a merit list or the entrance test. Candidates should check the eligibility criteria before they apply for HPU Admission 2023.

UG Courses
| M.Sc (Nursing) | Candidates should be Registered Nurses/Midwives (RN/RM) with a degree in B.Sc/Post Basic B.Sc Nursing with at least 55% marks in aggregate. One year of experience is mandatory prior to Post-Basic Nursing and after B.Sc (Nursing) |

- B.Sc. Nursing: The application fee of INR 2500 (INR 1250 for reserved categories) through Credit/ Debit Card or through Net-Banking is to be given.

- It is a two-hour test with 150 MCQs of one mark each.
- There is no negative marking.
B.Tech Entrance Test
- The Entrance Test will consist of two papers.
- Paper I and Paper with 100 MCQs each.
- The test will be conducted at Chandigarh, Shimla, Delhi, and Dharamshala only.
