ICSI CS Registration 2023: The registration process is managed by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) for foundation, executive and professional programs. The ICSI is the only recognized body in India to regulate the profession of Company Secretaries in India. The headquarter of ICSI is located in New Delhi. Aspirants of CS Foundation have to first register with the Board of Studies (BoS). The registration can only be done online, from the official website or the link on this page. Documents Required for ICSI CS Registration
- Class 10th certificate and mark sheet
- Class 12th pass certificate
- Category certificate, if applicable
- Scanned image of the candidate’s photo and signature
- Adhar card / passport / voter ID / pan card / driving license / ration card)
Steps to fill ICSI CS Registration 2023
For CS Foundation / Executive Programme
- Visit the official website and search for the relevant link.
- Tick on the checkboxes for the documents required for the registration and then click on the ‘proceed to registration’ button.
- Fill in details like your basic information, address details, etc in the registration form.
- In the next screen, you will get a Unique request ID after you submit the registration details.
- Click on the ‘next’ button and then enter your educational qualification details.
- Check the registration fee and provide the source of information and proceed to upload the necessary images.
- Preview the completed application form and click on the ‘confirm application’ button after previewing it.
- Select the mode of payment and pay the required amount of the registration fee.
- Note down the generated transaction id and you’re successfully registered for CS Foundation / Executive program.
For CS Professional Programme
- Visit the official website and search for the relevant link and register yourself.
- Log in using the details provided by them during the executive program.
- Enter the username and password, then click on the ‘submit’ button.
- Go to the link by using Module->Student Services -> Professional Registration request.
- Select an optional subject from the drop-down menu.
- You can also opt for a CSJ subscription by clicking on the checkbox against the CSJ label.
- Click on the ‘proceed to payment’ button.
- A receipt is generated on successful payment.
- Take a print out of it for future reference.

Steps to Update Details
Update email id & mobile number
- Login to your account and click on the ‘profile’ tab.
- Click on the ‘change communication details’ link.
- Update the details and then click on the ‘save’ button.
Update address details
- Go to the login page as you did during registration.
- Enter your username and password generated after the registration.
- After logging in, follow the same instruction as provided above but click on the ‘change address’ link.
- Update the address information and then click on the ‘update’ button.
