Candidate must have passed 12th from a recognized university with minimum 50% of marks, if you belong to the general category and minimum 45% marks is required to get for all the candidates belong to reserved category.
Candidate must have passed each subject.
Candidates who are appearing in 12th class, they can also apply for the same but if they clear the written examination then during the counseling, they will have to provide their XII mark sheet.
In order to apply for this examination, candidates need to get the application form from the official website (after release of IPU CET 2017 official notice).
The application form will be available from the April 2017.
Fill the details accurately and completely.
After that you will have to upload the scanned photographs and signature of yours in the prescribed format.
Make sure your form is errorless because one error can also result the rejection of your registration.
Candidates will have to pay Rs. 750 to get the application form.
The payment can be done via online mode that is via Net Banking, Credit Card and Debit Card.
Once the fee is paid, take a print out if confirmation page.
The selection will be done on the basis of the score and rank card that is the total marks scored by the candidates.
In the basis of marks, the merit list will be made and then according to that, the selection will be done.
There will be total 150 questions in this examination.
The questions will be chosen from the 11th and 12th’s Math, Physics and Chemistry notebooks.
You will be given two and the half hour for solving those 150 questions.
All sections will be of same weightage.
For each correct answer, candidate will be given 1 mark whereas for each wrong answer, 1 mark will be deducted.
