Eligibility Criteria

For UG and Integrated Courses

• B. Tech: Candidates must have completed their class 12thexaminations with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics, as main subjects from a recognized board
• B. Sc.: A class 12th pass out in science stream with any of the subjects from Biology/ Mathematics/ Agriculture/ Biotech will be admitted
• B. Sc. (Nursing): Candidate must have obtained minimum 50% aggregate marks in class 12th exams with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as main subjects, from a recognized board
• BBA: Candidates must have completed his class 12thexaminations in any field from a recognized board.
• BHMCT: Candidate must be a class 12thpass out in any stream from a recognized board
• BJMC: Candidates must have completed his class 12thexaminations in any field from a recognized board.
• BA: Candidate must have passed class 12th examinations in any stream from a recognized board
• B. Pharm: Candidates must have completed their class 12thexaminations with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics, as main subjects from a recognized board
• LL.B: Candidates must be graduate in any field from a recognized university to apply for this course
• B.Com: Applicants are required to have passed class 12th examinations in any stream to be eligible for B. Com course
• BCA: Candidates must have completed his class 12thexaminations in any field from a recognized board.
• B. Ed: A candidate must hold a graduate degree in any field from a recognized university
• B. Tech + MBA: Candidate must have successfully passed class 12thexaminations in science stream with PCM/PCB as main subjects
• BHMCT + MBA: Candidates are required to have passed 10+2 examinations in any stream to be eligible for this integrated course
• BBA.LLB: An eligible candidate will have to obtain a certificate of passing 10+2 exams in any stream from a recognized board
• B. Sc.-B. Ed: Class 12th examinations must be passed in science stream from a recognized board
• BA-MA: A class 12th pass out in any stream will be eligible to apply for this course
• BA.-B. Ed: Class 12th examinations must be passed in any stream from a recognized board
• B. Pharm + MBA: Class 12th examinations must be passed in science stream from a recognized board
• B. Sc. + M.Sc: 10+2 examinations must be cleared in Science stream with Biology/ Mathematics/ Agriculture/ Biotech as main subject.

For PG Courses

• M. Tech: A graduate degree in BE or B. Tech must be acquired by the candidates from a recognized university to be eligible to apply for this course
• M. Sc.: A graduate degree in relevant science area must be acquired from a recognized university
• MJMC: Candidate must have completed graduation in journalism or Diploma course in journalism to be eligible to get admission to MJMC
• M. Pharm: A graduate degree in the field of Pharmacy will be required
• MBA: Candidates must have completed their graduation in any field from a recognized university
• MCA: Candidate must be a graduate in any field with Mathematics as the main subject at 10+2 level or graduation
• LL.M: Candidates with a graduate degree in the field of Law will be eligible for this course
• M. Ed: Candidate must be a graduate in order to apply for this course
• MA: A graduate degree in any field is required from a recognized university

For Ph.D. Courses

• English: Candidates are required to have completed their Master’s degree in English from a recognized university
• Computer Science/ Computer Science and Engineering: For Computer Science course, candidates must have MCA/M. Sc./ M. Sc. IT degree from recognized University For Computer Science and Engineering, M. Tech. (Comp. Sc.)/IT is required by a candidate.
• Law and Governance: As per UGC’s norms, candidates must be in possession of LL.M degree from a recognized university
• Management: Master’s degree in Management or Commerce field will be required to have admission to PhD in Management course
• Education: Candidates must have pursued either M. Ed/MA course from a recognized university
• Pharmaceutical Sciences: Master’s degree in Pharmacy shall be obtained by the candidates
• Biotechnology/ Microbiology/ Biochemistry/ Chemistry: Candidates must have post graduate degree in relevant field
• Electronics and Communication Engineering: M. Tech/M. Sc. in electronics field must be completed to get admission to this course
• Mass Communication: Postgraduate in Communication and Journalism/ Journalism and mass communication or post-graduation in other relevant subjects like Cultural Studies, MBA (Advertising and Public Relation) are also eligible to apply

For M.Phil. Courses

• Social Work: Candidate must be a post graduate degree holder in Social Work and Sociology
• Sociology: Candidate must be a post graduate degree holder in Social Work and Sociology
• Education: Candidates must have pursued either M. Ed/MA course from a recognized university
• English: Master’s degree in the field of English will be pre-requisite for admission to this course. Along with it, candidates will have to appear for an entrance test

For Distance Learning Courses

• UG BBA (Retailing): Candidates must have cleared class 12th examinations in any discipline
• UG B. Sc.: It is mandatory to appear for 10+2 examinations in any discipline from a recognized board
• UG BCA: Candidates must have successfully passed their 10+2 examination in any field from a recognized board
• PG MA (English, Finance and Marketing): Graduates with relevant course degree can apply for this course.
• PG MBA: Candidates must have pursued their graduation in relevant course field before applying for PG MBA course
• PG MCA: A graduate degree in relevant discipline will be required from a recognized board/ university
• PGDCA: A graduate degree in relevant discipline will be required from a recognized board/ university
• PG Diploma (HRM): A bachelor’s degree in relevant course must be obtained for PG Diploma in HRM

The application procedure can be completed online as well as offline mode. The admission process will soon be started for the new session. By visiting the official website, online applications can be filled while the offline form can be filled and sent along with a demand draft. The application form can be obtained from the university campus by making a cash payment of INR 1100. The admission to the candidates to UG, PG, Integrated and Research courses will be given on the basis of either Entrance Test or Merit Basis.

Steps to fill Jaipur National University Application Form 2023

• The application form cannot be processed further if left any field.
• The application form contains 4 sections.
• The applicant will be required to complete and fill their Basic Details, Photo Upload, Registration Form, and Payment.
• Each section is submitted by clicking on the “Save & Continue” button.
• The candidate will receive login details once the student submits the application form, enabling him/her to log on our admission portal.
• Candidates shall login with their credentials and click on “My Form” to make any changes before the payment.
• Candidates are then provided with the option of saving the Application Form (in .pdf format).
• Candidates are advised to take a print of the same.
• Use the login details to review the application.
• Candidates must have their email id, a digital copy of their passport size photograph and other details ready, before filling up the form.

• For Ph.D. Courses: Candidates are required to have completed their Master’s degree in relevant subject from a recognized university with required percentage criteria.
• For M.Phil. Courses: Candidate must be a post graduate degree holder in relevant subject from a recognized university with required percentage criteria.
• For Distance Learning Courses: Candidates must have cleared class 12th examinations in any discipline for UG course and Candidates must have pursued their graduation in relevant course field for PG Course.
