Eligibility Criteria
- Certification of domicile is necessary if the Candidate who has completed his schooling from the Uttar Pradesh would not have to submit a domicile certificate.
- For ANM (Auxiliary Nurse and Midwifery)/GNM (General Nurse and Midwifery): Maximum age should not go beyond 35 years (as on 31/12/2020)
- The minimum age limit is 17 years for Other courses.
- For the ANM course, only female candidates can apply.
- They must be the candidate of Uttar Pradesh.
- Candidates must have passed the 12th class or equivalent exam from a recognized board. Candidates who will be passing their qualifying exam in 2020 can also apply but they are required to submit their mark sheet during the counselling process.
UPUMS CPNET 2020: Application Form
Through the official website, the Application form UPUMS CPNET 2020 will be released. After filling the application form, candidates have to pay a requisite fee. on the official website Application form link is updated there for filling the application form. Authorities will update the application forms for the applicants in online mode on the official website of the university every year. Visit the official website to fill the application form. Applicants need to enter some required details in the form and then upload some necessary documents as needed at the time of filing the form. Application fee
- For each category, the application fee is different.
- For general category applicants: They are instructed to pay Rs 1000/- as application fee in online mode.
- The application fee for reserved category applicants will be Rs 500/-.
- They can the application fee in online mode by credit card, debit card & net banking.
- For the payment of the application fee, Official authorities will not accept any other mode.
Exam pattern
- They will get two hours to solve the question paper.
- The entrance exam will be divided into two sections of the question paper.
- In the entrance exam, Objective type MCQs will be asked.

Counselling
- According to the merit list, the counselling process will be held for selection for the students.
- In the counselling process, Candidate will have to pay a requisite amount of Rs.500.
- At the time of counselling Selected, candidates will have to deposit a demand draft of Rs.5000.
