USET 2023:Uttarakhand State Eligibility Test (USET) is managed by the Kumaun University for the vacancies of Assistant Professor in various universities of Uttarakhand State. USET is conducted as per the regulation of the University Grants Commission, Government of Uttarakhand. The USET examination is organized for the candidates all over the Uttarakhand (Pantnagar, Srinagar, Nainital, Haldwani, Dehradun, Haridwar, and Roorkee), or applying aspirants can apply on the basis of their Eligibility Criteria.

USET 2023 Application Form

The application form will be available online mode. Before filling the application form, candidates must have to read the instruction carefully. Enter the details about the personal and education details. Details must be genuine and correct. Pay fee application fee through an online and offline methods. Print application form for future use.

Eligibility Criteria

• There will be no upper age limit.
• Required Master’s degree from recognized board/university or its equivalency degree/diploma/certificate from affiliates to the AIU (Association of Indian Universities), New Delhi.
• Candidate should have obtained 55% marks (without rounding off) in Master Degree.
• Candidate can appear for SET in the subject of their Post Graduation only.
• The candidate whose post-graduation subject is not covered in the list of subjects in item no. may be appearing in CBSE UGC NET/CSIR NET.

Application Fee

• For General/OBC you have to pay Rs.900/-
• If you belong to SC/ST/PWD/PH applicant than you have to pay Application Fee of Rs.500/-

Exam Pattern

• Paper 1 contains 60 Questions of which its compulsory to attend 50 Questions.
• The duration will be 2 hours 30 minute and the question paper is 100 marks.
• Paper 2 also contains 60 Questions of which 50 Questions are necessary to attempt.
• The duration will be 2 Hours 30 Minutes and the question paper will be 100 marks.
• Paper 3 contains 75 Questions and all are compulsory to attend within 2 hours 30 Minutes.
• The question paper will be of 150 Marks.

• The merit list will be prepared for applicants who have qualified the exam, once the result is declared.
