For UG Courses
- Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA), B.Com, B.B.A, B.A. (Public Administration), B.Litt. (Tamil), B.A. (History): A Pass in HSC (or) 3 yr. Diploma
- Bachelor of Library and Information Science (B.Lib.I.Sc.,): Pass in any degree from recognized University
- B.A., B.Sc., B.B.A., B.Com.: A Pass in HSC (or) 3 yr. Diploma
For PG Courses
- M.A., M.Com., Master of Journalism and Mass Communication, M.A. (Child Care and Education): Pass in any degree from a recognized University with the relevant subject.
- M.Sc.,(Mathematics): B.Sc., Maths/Statistics/ Applied Maths from a recognized University.
- M.Sc.,(Computer Science): Pass in any degree from recognized University with maths at +2 level.
