Aligarh Muslim University Distance Education offers admission for the year 2019. The Centre for Distance Education is an integral part of the University and an expression of the university’s concern and commitment to the spread of education in all strata of society and all parts of the country. AMU came in existence in the year 1921, the main campus of AMU is in Aligarh while three off-campuses are in Malappuram (Kerala), Murshidabad (West Bengal) and in Kisangani (Bihar). AMU Distance Education offers various Diploma, Certificate, Under Graduate and Post Graduate Programmes. Application Process
- For the application candidates kindly visit the official website of University, www.amuict.in.
- Candidate must click on the Application form link.
- Now candidate must fill all the details as per their documents.
- The registration fee must be submitted by online mode or by the bank challan.
- For the certificate and Diploma courses candidate must visit the nearby study center.
- Candidate must ensure the eligibility criteria and make a demand draft in favor of Aligarh Muslim University, Centre of Distance Education, of the amount INR 350.
- Submit the Demand Draft to the study center and write your name, contact number and courses name on the back side of DD.
- After submitting DD, the candidate will receive an “Application for Students Enrolment Form”.
- Now candidate has to fill the form and submit along with the self-attested copies of necessary documents.
- After submitting all these, candidate enrolment certificate will generate and the process of the application completed.
- Candidate must submit attested copies of relevant certificates along with the application form.
- The application form is not transferable.
