Gujarat PGCET Counselling 2023

  • The shortlisted candidates in the merit list will be called out for the counselling procedure.
  • Such candidates should register for the choice filling by entering their pin number and password.
  • Pay the admission fee if allotted the seats of college and carry the required documents at the counselling centre for verification.
  • Report at the allotted centre along with the provisional admission letter provided through authority.

Process of Counselling

  • The counselling will consist of two rounds of choice filling and seat allotment.
  • The trial round held first is to allow students to get used to the counselling procedure.
  • Candidates have to log in using their PIN No. and password, to fill the choices.
  • The mock allotment will be first announced to allow candidates to have an idea of the process of seat allotment.
  • Candidates can modify their choices after the announcement of the mock allotment.
  • On the basis of the Merit Rank, choices entered by candidates and seats available, the Seat Allotment will be done.
  • Candidates can log in to check their seat allotment.
  • Candidates are required to pay the admission fee to proceed.
  • Report to the help centers for document verification after the payment.
  • Candidates are required to bring the originals of all the specified documents, and another set of self-attested copies of the same.
  • Also, carry the fee payment receipt for admission to the help centers.
  • They will be issued the provisional admission letter, after verification.
  • Report to the colleges along with the admission letter and pay the remaining fees as specified at the college.

Admission Fee

  • The admission fee will be INR 10,000.
  • Candidates can download the PNB bank challan to pay the admission fee.
  • They can also pay the fee online.
