NCHMCT JEE Exam Pattern 2021: Check Pattern & Exam Syllabus

NCHMCT JEE Exam Pattern will be helpful for the students who are preparing for this exam. National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT) is responsible for conducting Joint Entrance Examination for those candidates, who want to make their career in Hotel Management and Hospitality. Through this entrance, examination candidates can take admission for various courses such as B.Sc Hospitality and Hotel Administration Programme. These courses are full time/regular courses. NCHCET JEE is an examination which gets conducted each year to provide the admission in the best colleges across the nation. NCHCET JEE application forms will be available from December. After applying for the application, the candidate should study according to the NCHMCT JEE Exam Pattern.

Exam Pattern

Courses This exam is conducted for admission to B.Sc in Hospitality and Hotel Administration.
Language Question Paper will be bilingual i.e. in English and Hindi.
Questions There will be total of 200 Questions in the joint entrance exam.
Duration The examination duration will be 3 hours.
Subjects The 5 subjects are included in the entrance exam namely Reasoning and Logical Deduction, General Knowledge, Numerical Ability and Analytical Aptitude & Current Affairs, English Language and Aptitude for Service Sector.
Making Scheme Each correct answer will carry 1 mark while for each wrong answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted.
  • The marking scheme will be applied under Reasoning and Logical Deduction, General Knowledge, Numerical Ability and Analytical Aptitude & Current Affairs and English Language.
  • Graded marks will be awarded under Aptitude for Service Sector component.
  • The most appropriate answer carries 1.00, the next appropriate answer carries 0.75, the next to next appropriate answer carries 0.50 marks and – 0.25 marks for an inappropriate answer.
