OSOU Admission 2023: Established in 2015, Odisha State Open University is an open university that offers 11 Masters courses and 2 courses each of PGDM, Diploma and Certificate. Odisha State Open University (OSOU) provides education, research, training, and capacity building by the diversity of means of distance. The application form of OSOU Admission 2023 can be submitted through online mode only. The candidate should be a graduate to apply for M.A., M.Com. and M.Sc. For PGDM, all the candidates who are graduates can apply to this program. The candidate should be a pass in 10+2, for Diploma and certificate programs. Selection to all the courses will be merit-based only.

Eligibility Criteria
- M.A./ M.Com.: Must have done graduation or should be a +3 pass in any discipline
- M.Sc.: Must have done B.Sc. in any discipline or BCA with science stream in 10+2 or B.Tech. or B.E.
- Post Graduate Diploma: Must have done graduation
- Diploma/ Certificate: Must have passed 10+2 from a recognized board
Application Form
Log on to the official website to apply for OSOU Admission 2023. Click on the application form available on the university website. Fill all the details in the application form correctly as per the original certificates. Upload the scanned copies of passport size photographs along with eligible certificates. Candidates have to pay the application fee of OSOU Admission 2023 to complete the application process. Make the registration fee payment online either through debit/credit/ online banking or through RTGS/NEFT and submit. There is no provision of payment of registration fees in the form of cash.
