PMKVY Registration 2023: Details

• Usable area of 3,000 sq. ft. or more is recommended marked for the PMKVY training center project (no other course should run in that area).
• The centers must have all the required infrastructure and equipment.
• The Training center must have at least 2 Washrooms, Separate for Boys & Girls each.
• It must be equipped with at least 6 computer systems connected with the Internet for Non-IT courses.
• A minimum of 15 computer systems connected with the Internet for IT courses.
• The center should have a TOT certified trainer for each job role.
• Biometric devices (Aadhar enabled) for capturing student and trainer’s attendance shall be mandatory at the PMKVY training centers.
• The Training centers should participate in Kaushal melas at least once in every 3 months.
