Rajeev Gandhi University Admission 2023: Rajiv Gandhi University is the premier institution for higher education in the state of Arunachal Pradesh. The University was established by the state government of Arunachal Pradesh, in 1984. Rajiv Gandhi University has been a Central University under MHRD. There are fifteen colleges affiliated to the University. Rajiv Gandhi University Common Entrance Test (RGUCET)
The test called RGUCET is conducted by Rajiv Gandhi University for admission to various Programmes/Courses. RGUCET will be held for Post Graduate, Under Graduate, Advanced/ Post Graduate Diploma Course, and Certificate Course. The candidate needs to pay the entrance fee with relevant documents to apply for the entrance exam. The candidate will be able to do so by visiting the Live Online Portal.

Exam Pattern
- The question paper will contain 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
- The candidate will have to choose one correct answer.
- Every correct answer carries one mark.
- 25 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer.
- The written examination will be of two hours duration.
Group Discussion/Viva Voce (for MBA, M.A in Mass Communication and MSW courses only)
- The candidates who qualify in the written test will be called for group discussion and/ or viva voce.
- To finalize the selected candidates, the cumulative marks obtained from the written test, group discussion, and/or viva voce will be used.

Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates should have 55% marks in Master’s Degree in the concerned subject.
Exam Pattern
- Candidates shall appear in CET for M.Phil. and Ph.D. in the concerned subjects.
- There will be two papers of 100 marks each.
- Paper, I will be having 50 questions carrying 2 marks each.
- Paper-II will be covering major areas of study at the PG level including research methodology.
