TS EDCET Counselling 2023

The counselling process will take place for those applicants who appeared in the entrance exam and cleared the same with the minimum required qualifying marks. In short, the counselling process based on the rank secured by the candidates in the TS EDCET exam, the officials’ authority will conduct the TS EDCET counselling process for allocating seats into various participating colleges. The eligible candidates have to pay the counselling registration fee In order to participate in the counselling process for TS EDCET. Documents required for TS EDCET Counselling

  • Rank card for TS EDCET exam
  • Applicants must be carried TS EDCET Admit Card and the Qualifying exam degree certificate.
  • They must have class 10th and 12th class mark sheet and Study certificates (from IXth class until graduation)
  • Applicants must be carried all-important certificate such as Transfer certificate
  • Residence certificate, for candidates seeking admission under the Economically Weaker Section {EWS} category (Income certificate), Special category certificate (NCC/Sports/PwD/CAP), Caste certificate (from a competent authority)
  • Aadhar Card (Identity proof)
  • 2 sets of the Recent self-attested photo

Eligibility criteria

  • Before applying applicants, satisfying the following requirements shall be eligible to appear for admission to 2-year B.Ed. Course.
  • Applying applicants should be Indian Nationals.
  • Applicants should have passed or appeared for the qualifying exam.
  • Applicants must have Secured at least 50% aggregate marks in any Bachelor’s Degree i.e., B.Sc, B.Sc (Home Science), BA, B.Com, BCA, BBM/BBA or in the Master’s Degree.
  • Applicant must have scored 55% aggregate marks Bachelors in Engineering or Technology with Specialization in Science and Mathematics With or(c) Any other qualification equivalent thereto.
  • For they belong to the other reserved categories and reserved categories Viz., SC/ ST/ BC should have secured 40% Marks in the qualifying exam.
  • An applicant possessing such other professional job oriented degree courses Viz., and MBBS/ BSC (AG) / BVSC/ BHMT/ B.Pharm and LLB are not eligible.
  • Applicants who are appearing for the final year degree exam shall also be eligible for the exam.
  • There shall be no maximum age limit and the applicants should have completed the age of 19 years on 1 July of the year of the notification.
