Eligibility Criteria
For Paper-01: Class (1 to 5)
- Graduation or equivalent exam with a minimum of 50% marks aggregate.
- Appearing candidates for final year exam of 02 years D.ELEd Education diploma in Special Education are eligible to apply for this paper.
- Graduation in BA/B.Sc and B.Ed degree are also eligible to apply.
For Paper-02: Class (6 to 8)
- Candidates along with graduation and those appearing for the final year of D.Ed/B. Ed is eligible to apply.
- Senior Secondary with at least 50 per cent marks aggregate and passed or
- Appearing for final 4 years Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed)/ B.A (Ed)/B.Sc (Ed)/B.Ed (Special Education)/4-year B.A/B.Sc Ed. with at least 50 per cent marks in B.A/B.Sc is eligible to apply for Paper- 02.
Application Form of UTET 2019
The candidates must go to the official site of the UTET as ubse.uk.gov.in who are interested and eligible to apply for the UTET Examination 2019. Then click on the section of the Department exam option. Then they have to fill the application form of the 2019 sessions. Submit the same before the last date with the application fees after filling the application form. First of all, you have to access the internet connection. Go the official website of the Uttarakhand Board of School Education. Go to the examination section there. Find the link of the application form and then the click on the link. The Application form will open in front of you. Fill all the details as asked there in the application form. Now click on the submit button. Make payment through the online mode. Take a print out of the application form and keep it for further use.
Application Fee
- The Interested and eligible candidates for applying for the UTET 2019 must pay the application fees as
- 600 for One paper and Rs.1000 for Both I & II papers for the General and OBC category.
- 300 for one paper and Rs.600 for both I & II papers for the SC/ST category candidate.

Admit Card
- Download admit card through name, date of birth or application number.
- Electronic Admit card/Hall ticket will be available on the web portal
- E-Admit card carries all details of the UTET 2017 Examination.
Rejection List
- One time correction will be updated by the UBSE, Nainital.
- At given time interval, check the name in the list and make the correction.
- Then the final rejection list will be published.
- Reason of rejection will be mention on the list.
Answer Key
- The answer key will be issued after the written examination.
- After updating, UBSE will issue the final answer key.
- Candidates can challenge the answer key with proof of answer via email service.
- The answer key will be uploaded on the official web portal.
Syllabus
For Paper I
- All aspiring candidates will be able to apply for primary levels of teaching jobs in state Uttarakhand.
- Primary levels of teachers will be suitable to take classes from standard first to fifth
For Paper II
- Candidates those who wanted to persuade upper primary levels of teaching jobs can choose this Part II Examination under the state of Uttarakhand.
- Upper primary levels of teachers will be eligible to take classes from standard sixth to eighth
- Candidates must need to pass both of examinations together if they are wanted to take classes from first to eighth
