AP DSC TET Cum TRT 2021 Notification: For the recruitment of School Assistants(S.A), Physical Education Teachers, Language Pandits, Secondary Grade Teachers (SGT), in Government, Municipal Schools, Zilla Parishad, Mandal Parishad in the state through District Selection(DSC), Andhra Pradesh state government is going to releasing the AP DSC (TET cum TRT) Notification. AP DSC TET Cum TRT 2021 Application Form

The application form will be available online at its official website. So the candidate has to fill the application form online. Eligible candidates should apply online only and there is no other mode to apply. The form will be filled with applicant details such as name, date of birth, Education, and other relevant information. Candidate must know the instructions carefully by visiting the official website, before going to apply. The candidates shall apply through online after payment of fee and generation of reference ID. Take a print out after filling the application form. Candidates should submit all the relevant certificates (hard copies) with self-attestation along with the signed printout of the application form to the District Educational Officer concerned.

Eligibility Criteria

Age limit:

  • Applicants must have the age between 18 years to 40 years.
  • For BC/SC/ST candidates, the maximum age limit is 45 years
  • For Physically Challenged the maximum age limit is 50 years.

Secondary Grade Teachers (SGT):

  • Candidate must possess Intermediate Certificate issued by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh or
  • Candidate must possess any other equivalent certificate recognized by the Board of Intermediate Education, Govt. of A.P. and two-year D.Ed.
  • Certificate issued by the Director of Government Examinations, Andhra Pradesh or its equivalent certificate recognized by NCTE.

School Assistants:-(S.A)

  • Candidate must possess a relevant degree with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) from recognized University.
  • Distance Mode courses offered by Universities and Deemed Universities recognized by Joint Committee comprising University Grants Commission, Distance Education Council (DEC), AICTE and with jurisdiction to operate such courses in the State of Andhra Pradesh.

Application Fee

  • The applicants have to pay a fee of Rs. 250/- towards application processing and conduct of Recruitment Test (for each post separately) through AP ONLINE or e-seva centers.

Selection Procedure

  • The Recruitment will be through a selection process consisting of the Written Test.
  • The total marks shall be 180 for SGTs and PETs.
  • For all School Assistant (SA) posts total marks shall be 200 (Two hundred).
  • Other criteria stipulated by the Government from time to time.
  • It will be purely based on the merit cum roaster system as per the existing provisions being adopted by the Government of Andhra Pradesh.
  • District Selection Committee (DSC) will publish the merit list according to the roaster points system at district collectorate.
  • According to the merit list, for recruit, the vacancies as per choices candidate will be called for online counselling.

Admit Card

  • Candidates have to download the admit card through online only.
  • The Hall ticket will be available in the month of February of the year.
  • The examination authority will not send the hall ticket by post.
  • For Hall ticket download, candidates need to visit the official website and enter the applicant registration number and date of birth.

Result

  • The Result will be announced for all category posts in online only.
  • The candidate has to visit the website after the announcement of the result.
  • The examination authority will not send the scorecard for individually.
  • The result shows the candidate Name, marks /Score roll number, exam center, and other information.
  • The candidate may get the result by entering the hall ticket number on the official website.
  • The candidate must take the print of the result for future reference.
