BGSBU Admission 2023 Application Form

The aspirants of  BGSBU admissions can now apply online for UG, PG, Diploma, or Research courses. However, candidates must fill a separate online form for the B.Tech. Program. Hence, here is a detailed description of the application procedure of BGSBU Admission 2023.

• Visit the official portal of the university, i.e. http://www.bgsbu.ac.in/
• Click on the “Admission-2023” tab.
• Tap on the ‘Admission Application Form 2023’
• Thereafter, download the form and take a printout of it.
• Fill in the application form providing the details appropriately.
• Later, the filled-in application form along with a demand draft of Rs. 1000 must be issued. Hence, the demand draft must be issued in the name of Registrar, BGSBU, Rajouri, payable at J&K Bank, BGSB University Campus, Rajouri accompanied by other essential brochures.
• Finally, it must be sent to the following address:

Application Procedure for B.Tech Course in BGSGU

Similarly, the application procedure for the B.Tech course can be practiced following these steps:

• Visit the official website of the university.
• Click on the “B.Tech Admission 2023” tab.
• Hit on the “Apply now” button.
• Thereafter, fill the application form appropriately.
• Later, deposit the application fee, i.e. Rs.1000 via Credit/Debit card or net banking.
• Now, click on the “Submit” button.
• Once it is all done, download the application form and send it to the same address as given above.

• Class 10 Certificate
• Qualifying Examination Certificate
• Mark Sheets of all qualifying examinations.
• Permanent Residential Certificate

Eligibility Criteria for Admission

BGSBU Result 2023

The scorecard declaring the marks and performance of the candidates in the exam will be released online by the Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University. All the applicants who have appeared in the examination can access the results from the official website. The result will contain the list of the candidates who have cleared the examination. Further, they will be called for counseling. Lastly, for the confirmation of the result, a merit list will be prepared as per the announcement.

Hence, the students can download the result from the official website of the university. So, it will require Application No, Date of Birth, or Roll No of the applicant. Further, by clicking on the submit button, the result will be displayed on the screen. Lastly, the result must be printed and saved for future reference.

Thereafter, the qualified candidates are called for a GD/PI session at the university. Finally, based on this session, the candidates are admitted.
