GNDU Counselling 2023 Merit List, Seat Allotment

GNDU Counselling 2023: Selected candidates of the Entrance Test are required to participate in GNDU Counselling in the month of July 2023. Guru Nanak Dev University (GNDU) conducts Counselling to provide admission to UG & PG courses. Admission will be provided on the basis of Guru Nanak Dev University Results. Candidates can check the seat status and complete the procedure of GNDU Counselling by going through this page. Candidates have to participate personally at the time venue to attend GNDU Counselling. Applicants are advised to go through the information bulletin thoroughly before they attend the counselling procedure.

Registration for GNDU Counselling 2023

• Log on to the official site of Guru Nanak Dev University is gndu.ac.in.
• Hit the “Campus Admissions” link on the home page given on the bottom of the homepage.
• Select the “GNDU Admission Link” link and then hit to the “Campus Admission 2023” Link which will be appearing in the next page.
• Select the appropriate link according to the course.
• Go through the whole notification and register yourself by choosing the suitable course of your choice at the time of the GNDU Counseling Procedure.

Seat Allotment

• At the time of Document Verification, produce the original documents along with one set of self-attested photocopies.
• After the verification is done, the original documents will be given back to the candidates.
• The seat will be allotted in the order of merit list and subject to the availability of seats.
• Candidates will get an Allotment order and receipt after the allotment of the seats from the receptionist.
• Report to the allotted college on or before the reporting date mentioned in the allotment order

Documents required during GNDU Counselling 2023

• Detailed marks card of the qualifying examination.
• Character certificate from the Principal of the college/school last attended;
• Matriculation or equivalent examination certificate bearing testimony to date of birth;
• Two recent passport-size photographs duly attested by the Principal of the College/School last attended/gazetted officer.
• Reservation certificate as applicable. (As per format applicable on Annexure-I to VI.)
• Residence certificate wherever applicable. (As per format applicable on Annexure-VII)

Documents required during GNDU Counselling 2023 of B.Tech./B.Arch. courses (except B.Tech. URP)

• Hard copy (printed version) of the online application form filled by the candidate in triplicate along with three sets of attested photocopies of the following documents.
• Detailed marks sheet of +2 or equivalent examination.
• Matriculation or equivalent examination certificate bearing testimony to date of birth.
• Reservation certificate as applicable. (As per format applicable on Annexure-I to VI.)
• Residence certificate. (As per format applicable on Annexure-VII)
• Character certificate from the Principal of the college/school last attended.
• JEE(Main)-2017 Admit Card and Score/Rank Card. (For B.Tech. Courses)
• Valid NATA Score (for B.Arch. course only)
• Two recent passport-size photographs duly attested by the Principal of the College/School last attended.
• Migration and Eligibility Certificate in case of candidates from other universities/Boards.
