HDFC Bank Parivartan’s ECS scholarship is a vital part of the bank’s flagship program- the Education Crisis Scholarship. Further, there are six different scholarships under the HDFC scholarship program. Out of these scholarships, some are need-based while others are merit-cum-means based. HDFC Scholarship 2024: Significant Dates

The application window for HDFC Scholarship remains open from March to July. Likewise, the last date to apply for HDFC Bank Parivartan’s ECS Scholarship 2024 is 31st July 2024. Therefore, all the students who are eligible for the scholarship must apply for it before the specified last date only.

Eligibility Criteria

  • All the Indian students pursuing non-professional courses, viz. B.A., B.Com., M.A, M.Com., etc.from recognized colleges/universities can apply.
  • Besides this, the students of diploma/polytechnic courses after completion of Class X and XII are also eligible.
  • Also, the applicant must have qualified for the previous examination with a minimum of 55% marks.
  • Lastly, only those applicants are eligible for the scholarship whose annual family income is less than 2.5 lakh.

3. HDFC Bank Parivartan’s ECS Scholarship Professional Education Programme (Merit-Cum-Means Based)

  • As the name suggests, it is for the Indian students who are pursuing professional courses at UG or PG level from recognized Universities/colleges. It includes B.Tech, BBA, BCA, MBBS, MBA, M.Tech, etc.
  • It also requires a minimum of 55% marks in the previous qualifying examination.
  • Here also, the annual family income must be equal to or less than 2.5 lakhs only.

4. HDFC Bank Parivartan’s ECS Scholarship in School Programme (Need-Based)

  • It is also applicable for the Indian students of Classes VI to XII studying in private, government, or government-aided schools.
  • Further, the applicant must be able to coney about the family or personal crisis which has made it challenging to bear the expenses of further education. Also, the crisis must have been prevailing on the student or the family for the past three years of application.

5. HDFC Bank Parivartan’s ECS Scholarship Beyond School Programme (Need-Based)

  • Indian students pursuing non-professional courses like B.A, B.Com, M.A, M.Com, etc. from a renowned college/University are eligible for this need-based HDFC scholarship 2024.

  • Candidates pursuing UG or PG level professional courses from recognized colleges/universities of India can apply.

HDFC Scholarship: Application Process

  • Visit the HDFC scholarship official page and read all the details of the scholarship carefully.
  • Thereafter, click on the “Apply Now” button of the respective scholarship.
  • Further, log in feeding the registered ID to access the online application form page. So, the non-registered candidates can use the Email/Facebook/Mobile no. for registration.
  • Later, the application instruction page will open where you have to click on the “start application button.”
  • Now, the applicant can fill in the required details in the scholarship application form.
  • Also, upload the relevant documents.
  • Further, accept the terms & conditions and click on the “Preview” button.
  • If all the details in the preview are correct, proceed further by clicking the submit button.

HDFC Scholarship: Selection Criteria

  • Current Year Admission Proof (Fee Receipt/Admission Letter/Institution ID Card/Bonafide Certificate) (2020-21)
  • Applicant Bank Passbook/Cancelled Cheque (Information will also be captured in the application form)
    • Income Proof (any of the three proofs given below)
    • Income Proof issued by Gram Panchayat/Ward Counsellor/Sarpanch
    • Income Proof issued by SDM/DM/CO/Tehsildar
