HTET 2024: Haryana TET Application Form, Eligibility, Pattern

HTET 2024: Haryana Government & Board of School Education Haryana (BSEH) releases the notification for Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test. Candidates can apply against the vacancies to the teachers of Class I-V (Primary Teacher), Class VI-VIII (TGT), PGT. For the vacancy in various schools of Haryana, candidates can apply for the examination by visiting the official website. The HTET Application Form 2024 will only be available through online mode.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualification Level –3: Post Graduate Teacher (PGT):

• (i) English, (ii) Hindi, (iii) Geography, (iv) Sanskrit, (v) Home Science, (vi) Sociology, (vii) Psychology, (viii) Punjabi, (ix) Urdu, (x) History, (xi) Political Science.
• Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education/1-year B.Ed. (Special Education)/Bachelor in Education (B.Ed)/ 4- year B.A/B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed/ 4- year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).

Minimum Qualification For Paper I:

• Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education /4- year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) /2- year Diploma in Elementary Education / 2- year Diploma in Education (Special Education)/two year Diploma in Elementary Education.

Minimum Qualification for Paper-II (TGT – Trained Graduate Teacher):

• TGT Mathematics, TGT English, TGT Hindi, TGT Sanskrit, TGT Social Studies, TGT Science, TGT Punjabi, TGT Urdu, TGT Home Science, TGT Art, TGT Physical Education, TGT Music,  Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 4- year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed)/2-year Diploma in Elementary Education/1-year B.Ed. (Special Education)/Bachelor in Education (B.Ed)/ 4- year B.A/B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed.

Exam Pattern

• The Syllabus consists of two objective type question papers.
• Each paper will consist of 150 MCQs.
• Each question carries 1 marks totaling for 150 marks.
• Paper-I Syllabus: To become teachers for classes I to V in primary school.
• Paper-II Syllabus: To become teachers in upper primary school for classes between VI and VIII.
• Paper-I and Paper-II: For those candidates who are interested in teaching from Class I to Class VIII and have to get qualifying marks to be considered for all the classes also can appear for both the papers.

Steps to Apply HTET

• Visit the main or official portal of the HTET.
• Select The Online Application form Filling Option
• After that simply start filling it along with your details means you must have your degrees and all other details along with you because you have to fill details as per asked by the Board.
• Upload Your Scanned Photo as well as your signature
• Then Simply click on the submit button and take a copy of it.

HTET 2024 Admit Card

• Download admit card through name, date of birth, or application number.
• Electronic Admit card/Hall ticket will be available on the web portal
• E-Admit card carries all details of the Examination.
• The Admit Card will be uploaded online after the announcement of Exam Date.
• Candidates will be able to download the Hall Ticket online from the official website.

HTET 2024 Result

• A person who scores 60% or more in the HTET exam will be considered as TET pass.
• Should give weightage to the TET scores in the recruitment process;
• Qualifying the TET would not confer a right on any person for recruitment/employment as it is only one of the eligibility criteria for appointment.
• The Result will be available online after an exam.

• Child Development Pedagogy: Child Development (Primary School Children): Understanding Children with the special needs, Concept of Inclusive Education and Learning Pedagogy
• Mathematics: Numbers, Algebra, Mensuration, Geometry, Arithmetic, Shapes and Spatial Understanding
• Language I (Punjabi): Comprehension based questions and concept for language development
• Language II (English): Comprehension based question in English and development of language
• Social Studies/ Social Sciences: History, Geography, Social and Political Life etc
• Environmental Studies: Water, Air, Parts of Body, Habitats, Natural Resources, Solar System, Food Resource and Care, Our Surroundings
