How to know IGNOU Marksheet Dispatch Status?

The students of IGNOU whose grade card is updated on the website can expect the delivery of their mark sheet within 15-30 days. However, on some occasions, it might take up to 45 days and sometimes it takes even longer to reach remote locations.

To get updates about the IGNOU Marksheet dispatch, students have to log in to their account by providing their username and password. In case, if a student has forgotten his/her username or password, they can easily retrieve it. Thereafter, the student has to enter the enrollment number, name of the student, and program of the students for IGNOU mark sheet dispatch status.

In the IGNOU Marksheet, details of the students like marks, program course, duration of the course, and percentage are mentioned. Therefore, after getting the mark sheet check all the mentioned details and if there is any error, then you can report it to the exam board of IGNOU.

IGNOU Marksheet Not Received Yet?

How to get the original IGNOU degree?

IGNOU organizes its convocation ceremony every year where students get their original degrees. Besides the degree, students also get a mark sheet and all original certificates of the completed course in the IGNOU convocation. Recently the 34th convocation 2021 was conducted by the IGNOU and distributed relevant certificates to all the students.

Students who have successfully completed any of the programs offered by IGNOU are eligible to hold the duplicate mark sheet from the official website. But keep the following steps in mind while applying for the Duplicate mark sheet, diploma, or certificate.

  • Take a printout of these downloaded application forms and fill them properly.
  • The students have to pay a duplicate certificate fee. So, a demand draft must be issued in favor of “IGNOU”, for the same.
  • There is an application fee to apply for a duplicate grade card/Marksheet.
  • Indian students have to pay Rs. 200 for it while the students from SAARC Countries pay Rs.400. But the Non-SAARC countries students pay $10 for the same.
  • Similarly, the application fee is charged for Diploma, Degree, and Certificate.
  • For this, Indian students pay Rs. 750, SAARC Countries Students pay Rs. 1500/, and $50 is paid by non-SAARC countries students.
