Eligibility criteria
- For Writing Skills: Candidates must be sensitive to language and organize their thoughts clearly and coherently.
- Education: Postgraduate Diploma in Journalism (PGDJ): candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required.
- Candidates who are in the final year of the examination or who will be graduating this year may also apply.
- For Diploma in Journalism: they must have completed 10+2 from a recognized board or university.
- Indian Institute of Journalism admits Indian and international candidates.
- Without any regard for gender, race, religion, caste or nationality Selection is based entirely on merit. There will be no age limit.
IIJNM Admission 2023 Application Form
On the official website of the university application form will be available in both online and offline mode. Before the last date of form submission, the candidates are required to fill the form properly and send it to college. On the official website, candidates must be downloaded the application form. Along with the following documents, the application form must be sent to Admissions Processing Office, Indian Institute of Journalism. Candidates must have Photocopy of official transcripts of academic records from undergraduate, graduate and/or professional institutions attended (when available). Those candidates who are awaiting the result for final examination results may submit a copy of the transcripts when they become available.
