Eligibility Criteria

• Passed Senior Secondary School Examination (10+2 System) or HSC or Equivalent Examination is required.
• The above qualification should be passed with at least 45% marks from Arts, Commerce, Science or any other streams (40% of the total marks in case of SC and ST category candidates).
• Appearing candidates in the qualifying examination are also eligible to apply.
• 85% of total seats will be reserved for students who are qualified and domicile in the State of Maharashtra.
• Such candidates will be required an attested copy of the Domicile Certificate along with the form.

On the official website, the authority will release all the information about Mumbai University LLB Admission 2023 for the reference of the applicants. • For Reserved Category, the application fee will be Rs.1000/- (Rupees One thousand only).
• They need to produce a copy of the requisite Caste, Validity, and Non Creamy layer Certificate issued by the Competent Authority along with the application form In case of reserved Category for claiming an exemption under the reserved category.
• For reserved category: With the application form, they are required to produce a caste certificate certified by the State of Maharashtra.
• For Quota applicants like ex-servicemen, freedom fighters, handicapped, sport, Cultural activity, etc.
• They are required to produce certificates by competent authority wherever applicable.

Exam Pattern

• The question paper will consist of 50 Objective type questions with multiple choice for a total of 100 marks.
• For wrong answers, there shall be no negative marking.
• Language of the question paper: English

Interview

All qualified candidates who have cleared the entrance exam and whose names appear in the merit list based will attend a formal interview. The merit list will be on the basis of MUCLET scores before the admission process.
