The application form will be released from the third week of May 2019. Aspirants have to fill the Kerala Polytechnic Application Form 2019 through online mode. Candidates have to fill all the mandatory details in the application form carefully. Take a printout of the filled application form, after submitting the application. The application form should be duly signed by the aspirant and parent/ guardian. Send the filled application form along with required documents at any Government/Aided Polytechnic Colleges in the Kerala state. You can also check your application status by entering the registration number, application number, and DOB.

Steps to fill Kerala Polytechnic Application Form 2019

  • Go to the official website to fill Kerala Polytechnic Application Form 2019.
  • Click on “Online Submission” link.
  • Fill all relevant details and click on ‘SUBMIT’ button.
  • You will receive an application number, after submitting the online application form.
  • Take a printout of the application and attach all the relevant documents and submit it at any polytechnic colleges in Kerala state.
  • The application fee will be paid at the time of submitting the application at the respective college.

Documents to be submitted along with application form:

Self-attested copy of the Domicile Certificate, Caste Certificate, Income Certificate, Medical Fitness Certificate, Mark sheets of SSLC/THSLC or equivalent examination.

Application Fee

  • The application fee will be Rs 150 for all the applicants.
  • The applicants of the reserved category viz. (SC and ST) shall have to pay Rs. 75 as the application fee.

Eligibility Criteria

  • The candidates must be having Indian citizenship.
  • It is also necessary that they have permanent domicile of Kerala also.
  • The applicant must possess a valid Indian citizenship.
  • Only those applicants can apply for both commercial practice/management courses and Engineering/technology, who have passed SSLC examination with Mathematics or Science.
