KSET 2022: Karnataka State Eligibility Test (KSET) is conducted तो shortlisting aspirants for the posts of Lecturer and Assistant professor in Karnataka state, it is a state-level exam. KSET 2022 Application Form

  • Candidates must read official notification and brochure from the official website.
  • The mode of application is online only.no other modes of application will be entertained.
  • For the applicants firstly, applicants must register and generate a login id & password for further process.
  • Applicants must fill application form details as per the details of their academic documents.
  • Candidates must upload scanned images of photograph & signature.
  • It is a must to pay the application fee for the successful submission of the application. After paying, fee candidates must send hard copy of application form and bank challan to nodal center.
  • Cross-check details given in application form, if satisfied click the submit button.
  • After submitting the form, a copy of the application form will generate containing an application number and all other details.
  • Take the printout of the confirmation page for future references.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidate must have secured 55% marks in Master’s in subjects for which candidate is applying {Minimum marks criteria for reserved category candidates is 50%}.
  • Applicants who are in the final year of qualifying examination can also apply for the exam, but they must pass the exam with required marks within the given time.
  • Applicants who had qualified the previous KSET in any subject are not allowed to sit in the same subject.

Marking Scheme

  • For every correct answer in both, Paper 1 and 2, 1 mark will be awarded.
  • For the paper of Mathematics and Statistics, 1.5 marks will be awarded for each correct answer.
  • There is no provision of negative marking.

Syllabus

  • The Syllabus of the Karnataka state Eligibility test is quite the same as of UGC/CSIR-NET.
  • The portion of General Awareness will comprise topics like Comprehension, Karnataka state Geography, Social Economy, reasoning ability, history, climate, political, education, and technology.

KSET 2022 Admit Card

  • Admit card for the KSET will be issued by the authority.
  • Admit card is a mandatory document that should be carrying on the day of Examination.
  • No candidate will be allowed to sit in the examination room without a valid admit card.
  • Candidates can download the admit card by entering the application number and date of birth.
  • Admit card will carry information like Name, Father’s Name, Date and Time of examination, venue of examination.
  • Candidate must retain admit card till the end of all formalities.

KSET 2022 Result

The result of KSET will be available on the official website of Authority. Candidate can expect results after one month of Examination. Candidates can see the result by entering roll number and date of birth. Candidates must take the printout of the result for future references.
