NIFT 2021: National Institute of Fashion Technology conducts entrance examination for the admission in UG & PG courses in selected Major cities of India. NIFT Application form will be released from the int the 4th week of October 2021. National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) organizes this exam for providing admission to students in various UG and PG programs in the field of Design & Technology and it is conducted in major cities across the country. Application Fee
- 2000/- for general and OBC (non-creamy)
- 1000/- for SC/ST & PHP candidates.
- The fee payment can be made through debit/credit card or DD (Demand Draft).
- The DD should be made in favor of “NIFT HO”, payable at New Delhi.
Eligibility Criteria
For UG Programmes:
- Students must have passed/appeared in the 12th or equivalent exam are eligible to apply.
- 3 or 4-year diploma holders recognized by AICTE can also apply.
- Maximum age limit is 23 years as on 1st October 2021. Five years relaxation in age limit is given to reserved categories.
For PG Programmes:
- MFM & M.Des program, students should have passed or appeared in the graduation from any recognized board.
- M.F.Tech, students must have passed/appearing in B.F.Tech from NIFT or B.Tech from any recognized university.
- There is no age limit for PG courses.

NIFT Application Form
How to fill NIFT 2021 Application Form
Documents/Details Required:
- Personal, guardians, qualification & address details.
- Demand draft or debit/credit card details.
- Valid Email ID and Mobile Number.
- Scanned signature in jpg/jpeg format with a maximum 50kb size.
- Scanned photograph in jpg/jpeg format with a maximum 50kb size.
Step-1: Online Registration
- Visit the official link.
- Click on apply online.
- Enter registration details carefully and submit the registration form.
Step-2: Fill Application Form
- Fill all the required details in the application form like guardians, qualification, personal, address details and other details.
Step-3: Upload Images
- Click on the upload scanned images option.
- Upload the scanned images of photograph and signature in the prescribed format.
Step-4: Fee Payment
- After uploading the images, candidates can proceed to make the fee payment through debit/credit card or DD (demand draft).
Step-5: Print Application Form
- After fee payment, students will be able to take the printout of the application form.
- Candidates who have made payment through DD are required to send the printed application form to the prescribed address.
NIFT Admission 2021: Important Points
- Pursuing in final year graduation (BA) can apply.
- You can get admission to B.Des through this examination.
- Only in case of payment through DD, It is necessary to send the printout of the application form to the university.
- There is no offline method is available for the application form.
- A diploma holder student is eligible to apply.
- You cannot make a correction in the application form, after submitting it.
